1. Please assign ONE person in your organization to handle your media and promotions.
2. Make sure that our e-mail,, is included in your outgoing media e-mail lists, then e-mail your brief using the following format:

TITLE OF EVENT - DAY, DATE, TIME, LOCATION/ADDRESS. A BRIEF description of your event. CONTACT information (name, phone, e-mail, web site, Facebook page, social networks, etc.)
Newsletters are posted in the "Newsletters" Section in our daily updates on ACN's main page.
1. Make sure that our e-mail,, is included in your outgoing media e-mail lists to receive your newsletters and/or e-newsletter campaigns (Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, etc.)
- Publish your newsletter to your organization's web site first. Contact your webmasters. If your newsletter is a news blog entry, notify ACN that it has been published, and send the URL (link).
- Send all releases as a DOCX or copy/paste it into the body of an e-mail. Do not send PDFs!
- Send at least one (1) photo to accompany the release. Provide the first and last names of individuals posing in photo(s). NOTE: For children ages 17 and under, make sure to have media permissions signed by a parent/guardian on file before sending out your press releases.
